VT Engage is Virginia Tech's service-learning and civic engagement center. We collaborate with communities, students, and faculty to cultivate sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships through engaged service, learning, and reflection.  We have something for everyone - all Hokies are welcome to participate in our service programs.   • The Campus Kitchen receives donation from Smithfield Foundation
    Since September 2015, the Campus Kitchen at Virginia Tech and VT Engage have enlisted hundreds of volunteers in more than 2,500 hours of student-led service to recover 14,500 pounds of surplus food from four university dining facilities. 

  • Space still open on upcoming weekend trip
    Join us 11/11 - 13 to focus on homelessness and poverty in Charlotte, North Carolina. We'll serve with Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte and "Church on the Street" providing meals.

  • Serve with Feeding America on Fridays
    Sign up to sort and package food! Feeding America has served the community for over 35 years and distributes food to 26 counties and nine cities.
