Lead For Good

On a service trip to Apple Ridge, a student holds a bucket while working in the garden.
This new five-week program is intended to provide a foundational leadership experience for all undergraduates to apply to their lives during college and beyond. During each session, you'll gain 21st leadership skills to take with you after the program ends, regardless of whether you plan to pursue formal leadership positions on campus.

Each 90-minute session will integrate engaging individual and team exercises related to contemporary social topics based on participants' interests, culminating in a team project. Participants will have opportunities to identify campus, local and global organizations that reflect their passion areas and to support stewardship of their leadership capacity in making positive, sustainable change.

Throughout the program, the experience will also include CliftonStrengths and values assessments, brief videos, small group discussion, mini-case studies, the ExperienceVT web app, and more.
